Nadja's broad business experiences in Mexico, Central and South America are the catalyst for her ready assimilation of complex concepts inherent to their competitive environments, the key factor in collaborative US-Mexico client relationships and accurate cultural Latin American Markets assessment.
Cross-cultural awareness, networking at the highest levels and multi-cultural teams are among Nadja's areas of specialization. Clients including start-ups, federal agencies, privately held companies, and the world’s leading corporations have benefited from Nadja’s ability to identify the right strategy and attract outstanding opportunities South of the border for US corporations. Nadja managed a major strategic networking initiative for the U.S. Federal Government, positioning a particular concept in 23+ countries and benefiting with that more than 8,000 employees deployed overseas. This project yielded the placement of many dependents of US government employees worldwide, effectively molding the DNA of a major federal agency and its corporate partners. Today Nadja advises the private leaders of the market in different industries on how to approach foreign cultures and position their products and services.
