Leticia Orozco-Gutiérrez is the Director of Grupo Dextro Mexico, a premier consulting and training firm committed to performance, quality and results. Using her command of training and client issues, broad network, and astute assessment ability, Leticia has helped several companies to re-define their objectives and strategy. Her industry experience, attention to detail, and collaborative approach support quick identification of areas of opportunity for Associations and Companies alike.
A professional with more than 30 years of experience in training solutions, Leticia dedicates her practice to serving clients in the US –Mexico border markets industry. She has built leadership teams and completed training assignments for managing Directors, Directors, and group heads for the world’s leading production sharing companies (Maquiladoras).
An entrepreneur, Leticia has ran her own business for more than two decades. She later led the successful merger of the firm with Dextro Consulting to expand the practice of Grupo Dextro to the United States. Leticia is a member of ASQ (AMERICAN SOCIETY FOR QUALITY), IMECCA (QUALITY CONTROL MEXICAN INSTITUTE), AUCJ (ASOCIACION DE UNIVERSITARIAS DE JUAREZ), AMECAP (MEXICAN PERSONAL TRAINING ASOCIATION) and World Trade Center.
Based in the firm’s Mexican offices, Leticia holds a degree in Engineering and a Masters in Science from the Brigham Young University, she also has an independent facilitator certification from the Covey leadership center, was the senior instructor in Six Sigma for 546 Black Belts within General Electric and more than 1000 professionals in these methodologies within various organizations. She is also an expert in Education techniques, training, Quality assurance, Leadership, Statistics and time management.
